We commissioned Christopher to fit a solid wood floor to replace our carpets upstairs. He turned up on time and did a great job. We also really appreciate the aftercare support. On numerous occasions he has asked how we are getting on with the new floor and has come back when we had a minor issue due to the wood that we used. We would definitely recommend Christopher.

The quality of his work is outstanding and I can't recommend him highly enough he really is a great craftsman.
Our job was not a straight forward one but Chris managed it so we'll and it is now all perfect.

We always go the extra mile but here I really wanted to get this as good as possible, despite how difficult it was, simply because of how the previous ‘contractor’ that ‘fitted’ the wardrobes did such an awful job – extremely unfair… As we discovered, nothing was straight or square, so yes it was a test of my abilities. But I’m really glad we were able to accomplish it for you and I’m so happy that you are pleased with the results… Not all of our customers appreciate the extra lengths we go to but when they do, it means so much… This is such a lovely, kind review… thank you so much…

Tremendous service from Chris from start to end. Really helpful with the planning process of the doors, purchasing them and installing them. No doubt I would use Chris again and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to install doors. Thank you once again.

I can highly recommend Chris McKee for all your bespoke furniture and fitted carpentry. His work is second too none and the attention to detail is excellent. Chris has made me many items of furniture from bathroom cabinets to acoustically designed hifi and TV stands. From fitted kitchen to staircase balustrade. All I still have and stood the test of time. Fantastic all-round workmanship.

Great service and communication from Chris. He converted our single oven cabinets to take our new double oven and microwave. Very high quality work, clean and efficient. I would highly recommend. He does bespoke furniture as well so we will be using him in the future.

It was not an easy job by any stretch, and there were multiple challenges to overcome, but Chris and his team persevered and went the extra mile to make it work. The whole thing was done at short notice and on a relatively tight budget. Chris is a gentleman, totally honest, an excellent communicator and genuinely cares about his customers.- Positive

I found Chris on Instagram and loved a few of his pieces so asked him to create a bespoke vanity for me which came out brilliantly and fits the space perfectly. (See pictures). Dealing with Chris has been a very easy process and am thrilled with the results.

I unfortunately had to postpone the project due to budget constraints, but Chris was immensely knowledgeable and answered my numerous questions and was always willing to discuss it. Can't recommend him enough and will absolutely be going back to him when budgets allow.
Chris did an amazing job of custom building a wardrobe/storage space for my nursery. He was quick and efficient and very tidy. Would recommend him to anyone

Chris did a fantastic job of making a hardwood AVunit out of sapele for me. It's got masses of storage space, looks beautiful and has been made to last. Chris has excellent attention to detail and takes so much care to get the end product right. It can be difficult to get decent tradespeople but glad I put my trust in Chris to sort this for me.

Really great work—clean and beautifully done. This is my second time using Chris,to hang a 55-inch TV and install an open shelf and I’m always happy with the results. His prices are affordable, and Chris is super reliable. I’m glad to leave this review because he has consistently done a great job. Highly recommend!
